Online Application:

If you want to apply to the Fulbright Scholarship the USEFP needs some material to assess your qualifications. All of the mentioned material should be submitted with the application

Degree and Transcripts:

All transcripts and degrees from a four-year undergraduate degree or a comparable program (equivalent programs include overseas three-year bachelor’s programs or ACCA). MPhil or MS degrees, as well as transcripts, are required for Ph.D. applicants.

GRE and TOEFL:

You may declare either your unofficial GRE result on the day of the test or your official GRE score if you have received it when completing your application. Using  code 9388, each applicant must request that ETS deliver an official score report directly to USEFP. At the time of application, GRE general (international) test scores are necessary. At the time of application submission, the TOEFL is not required. If you are called for an interview, you will be required to take the TOEFL exam. The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is not acceptable.

Essay Submission:

The Fulbright application requires two essays. Each essay must be completed in the 800-word area provided on the application form.

Recommendation Letters:

By the application deadline, you must have three references filed with your candidacy. You can have three academic reference letters, two academic and one professional reference letter, or two professional and one academic reference letter. To put it another way, at least one academic reference letter is required.
